Retreat programs are open to all levels. The schedule is structured but adaptable — teachers work with the group and with individuals. Teacher training programs require a regular existing practice.
Open programs are capped at 12 people. Small enough that the teacher reaches everyone and everyone knows each other by day two.
Yes — 2 or 3 people booking together get 10% off each. 4 people get 20% off each. Groups of 5 or more are handled as a private booking.
