The program

Nine days in Koh Phangan.

Timed to the Western holiday block — late November, when the island is calm and the bays are quiet. A consistent daily structure: breathwork at dawn, yoga in a wooden shala facing the sea, open afternoons, early evenings.

No phone. No social media. Meals are vegan and prepared fresh. The schedule is the same every day, which is the point.

Groups stay at twelve. Small enough that everyone knows each other, the teacher reaches everyone, and nothing gets lost.

Accommodation

Twin rooms, beachfront, air-conditioned.

All rooms are twin — two beds, air conditioning, a few steps from the sea. The twin format is part of the model: no single supplement, just a fairer price for everyone.

The Winter Reset is open to all levels, including complete beginners. The morning asana practice is paced to the group. If you have injuries or specific limitations, let us know before confirming and we'll talk you through what to expect.
The daily detox workshop covers practical topics — nutrition, sleep, stress habits, breathwork, and how to build a sustainable home practice. It's not a juice cleanse or a restrictive protocol. Two vegan meals are included daily; the approach is supportive rather than austere.
Yes, the standard booking is twin-shared. If you're travelling alone, you'll be paired with another solo guest of the same gender. If you'd prefer a room to yourself, write to us and we'll check sole occupancy availability and cost.
Fly into Koh Samui (USM) or Surat Thani (URT), then take a ferry to Koh Phangan. From the pier, we arrange your pick-up and all island transfers during the program. Flights and the airport-to-pier leg are not included, but we'll send full arrival instructions once your place is confirmed.
Yes — that's the default. Payment is split into equal monthly instalments, the first falling 15 days after your reservation is confirmed. The final instalment is due two months before the program starts. No card is required to reserve. Full payment details →
All payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your place to a future Elis Collective program of equal or lesser value, provided you request this in writing at least 60 days before the program starts. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation. Full terms →
There is Wi-Fi at the property, but mornings are phone-free — from wake-up until after breakfast (roughly 06:30–10:00). We ask everyone to respect this. Outside those hours, you're free to use your phone and Wi-Fi as you like.
